Each piece from Butter Jewels is handmade, carefully inspected, and packaged with love before it ships, but we know things can happen.
We are not offering returns at this time, but we do want you to love your purchase! Should you feel strongly about discussing a potential store credit or exchange- email….. within 72 hours of receiving your order and we are happy to work with you to reach a solution that works for both of us. Due to the nature of our small business we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. All items must be unworn and in original packaging and received within 21 days of purchase. Used merchandise cannot be exchanged. And we do not accept exchanges on sale or promotional items. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep the tracking information until your exchange has been processed. We do not assume responsibility for packages containing exchanges that are lost in transit or packaged poorly. We do not reimburse return shipping costs. We do not replace orders that are shipped with no tracking information.
Care:
It is best to keep your jewelry free from oils moisture and light, if the silver starts to tarnish use a polishing cloth to clean it.
